castlery review
Since Castlery, a first-class online furniture retail space, launched in Singapore, there has been plenty of excited chatter going around. We managed to experience much of the hype during the official launch at their furniture experience centre in Alexandra. it had been an honour sitting down with co-founder Declan Ee and artistic director Edoardo Arricale during a cosy little corner for a quick interview.
We discovered that an outsized a part of the Castlery story revolves around its use of technology to chop down unnecessary costs along the availability chain so as to form designer furniture accessible to everyone. Many great ideas were shared and that we were considerably inspired by their immense enthusiasm and keenness for what they are doing . Read on for the complete scoop also as event highlights!
Love It
The couch is gorgeous . I put it together myself, it wasnt easy to try to to alone but it are often done. the colour is strictly love it is within the picture, a pleasant light grey. Its firm without being uncomfortable. Very proud of it.
Beautiful and durable
This side table is great quality. The wood feels good and therefore the design is modern. The natural variations compliment rather well . The shipping and delivery were prompt and professional. Castlery is a tremendous site to seek out quality furniture.
Looks Great In Our Entryway!
This was our first purchase from Castlery and that we are very proud of the piece in our entryway. Delivery took a touch longer than expected but once everything was scheduled it went very smooth and that we didn’t find any damage. Only 2 complaints on the design/setup: 1) Installing the legs was painful because the holes are barely large enough to suit the wrench in and switch the bolt 2) The drawers are a touch hard to open because the handle indents are very shallow making them hard to grip.
Planning to order a settee from Castlery within the US. It’s not as established here within the US vs Singapore and Australia. I haven’t been able locate many reviews, esp with future use. I find the worth reasonable vs west elm (apparently its because they dont have brick and mortar/showrooms within the US that permits them to stay price lower)
